New Features & Changes:

  • Persistent Weapon Progression:
    • Players will now retain the same weapon they had at the end of the previous level.
  • Stopwatch Timer Added:
    • A new stopwatch timer has been implemented to track your total playtime. Upon losing, the game will display your total time.
  • Directional Portal Cursor:
    • After defeating all enemies in a level, a cursor will now appear to guide you toward the portal.
  • Spell-Specific Attack Speed Timers:
    • Each spell now has its own unique attack speed timer.
  • Custom Collision Sizes for Spells:
    • Every spell now has its own collision size.

Bug Fixes:

  • Slime Behavior Improvements:
    • Fixed an issue where slimes could fly out of bounds.
    • Resolved a bug where slimes would spawn inside the player, preventing unfair or unintended damage.
  • Projectile Destruction on Wall Contact:
    • Projectiles will now be destroyed upon hitting walls unless they have a specific item (or currently command) that allows them to bounce.
  • Damage Cooldown Adjustment:
    • Increased the delay between instances of taking damage, reducing frustration and giving players more time to react.

Visual & Level Design Updates:

  • Level-Specific Tiles:
    • Introduced unique tiles for different levels.
  • Blink Ability Visual Effects:
    • Added visual effects to the Blink ability, making it more visually distinct.
